OMG!!!  This morning we looked into the backyard and there was a giant MOOSE in our backyard !!!!!  She was laying down in the snow!!  IN OUR BACKYARD!!

After a little while she stood up and OMG she is so tall and huge!!  We called our awesome next door neighbors who had told us a few days ago there were moose sightings in the woods.  Mom called and told them that there was a Very Large Animal in our backyard ha ha ha!                                               

Here is a photo of just the moose without me in it.  She was headed over to try out some of our shrubs for breakfast.                                        

Later after we were sure she was far away we went to see the big hole she left in the snow where she had been laying.  That is a Very Large Animal for sure!

This weekend we had chores and errands to do. First stop was the car wash. I LOVE the car wash!!  The car was really dirty we should have taken before and after photos.

Then we went to a salon for mom to get her hair cut. This is Neenah the stylist who did a great job and who is totally gorgeous and really nice! I hope we go back there!

Also this weekend we went to a new library!  Mom had to get a new library card to borrow things from the Spokane libraries.  It was a great library and I made some new friends.

We went for a long hike in the woods and it started snowing. I am a Tiger I love the snow.

It has been snowing since last night!  We went for a long walk in the woods where we live. First we had to find mom’s hiking boots, hiking socks, and gaiters (which were still in a box we had not unpacked yet). FINALLY after mom found all her stuff we went outside.

We saw animal tracks!  I do not think that this is a Tiger track. Mom says it is probably from a deer!  After that I kept a sharp eye out but did not see any wild deer, only tracks.

On the way to the woods we passed another snowman!  I am beginning to think that Spokane is the land of snow people.  This one has a creative use of tree branches.

Towards the end of our walk it really started snowing hard and the wind picked up.  Our neighbor Maggie came over yesterday and brought a beautiful card and a giant box of cookies so we don’t need to go anywhere for days! We are all set!

On  New Year’s Eve we went to a party!  Here I am with our fried Margo who is helping me with my party hat.  Whoo hoo Party Time! There was a live band at the party!

And here I am on the dance floor!  Mom let me boogie and shake my tail !  We got home late and I slept in this morning. I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

Oh Boy we went snowboarding again and this time I did not have to wait in the car!!!!  We went to Mt. Spokane and it was a super sunny day!

Also last week we went out to lunch with our friend Margo!  I love going to restaurants!  We went to Smacky’s !!!  Where we went with Auntie Darcy one time !! Margo is really nice and super beautiful and is wearing a shirt that says Love Me Love My Cat!!

OMG on Christmas day we went to Silver Mountain in Idaho to go snowboarding!  Idaho is a different state right next to Washington. They have a gondola to ride!  But mom left me in the car!  She has not snowboarded since she broke her elbow and wanted to not worry about me causing trouble while she practiced. Me? Cause trouble???

Afterwards since I was so good in the car and (only minor damage) we went into a shop and bought me a bandana that says Silver Mountain !!!  Here I am with Rich who is super handsome and helped us find the bandanas. So far mom is wearing it herself that is okay I don not mind sharing. As long as I get it eventually.

On Christmas Eve we walked around the neighborhood and looked at decorations. It snows a lot here!  This snowman is almost buried!

I wanted to hop in this sleigh and go for a ride but mom said No. She said we are new here let’s not cause too much trouble just yet.

OMG look at the animal tracks that we saw!  This is definitely not from a Tiger. It looks to me like the track from a  dinosaur. I did not know there were dinosaurs in Spokane.  We will have to be more careful when we walk in the woods.

OMG the best thing ever happened!  We got a gift box from Auntie Darcy!

She sent all kinds of cool things from her trip to Chile!  If you look closely you can see that this Cougar patch cost $3000!  But it is totally worth it.

Also OMG OMG she sent a little penguin for me I LOVE PENGUINS!

By the way it is still snowing here. I am a Tiger I have a fur coat and I love the snow. Penguins love the snow too we should get a penguin. A real one. 

Oh WOW it sure snows a lot here!  There are some really great woods near our house that we can walk to.  There are deer and even moose that live here!  We saw some wild turkeys in our yard!!!!  They are much larger than you would expect when they are right in your backyard. I am a Tiger I was not scared but it was nice to be inside the house.+

We saw animal prints!!!  Mom says that was from someone walking a dog but I think they are TIGER paw prints. Maybe there are wild tigers who live here.

One morning when it was about 5 degrees outside there were these awesome snowflakey things on our windows.

We had dinner with our friend Nancy!  Nancy is from Wisconsin and was here to help out with an email migration at work. She is super fun to be with and really smart and totally gorgeous.  I hope she comes back to visit again soon.  I LOVE restaurants!

Oh Boy!  There was a party at work!! Here I am with a group of lovely ladies!  Tami, Rita, and Margo are all so beautiful and nice and know how to party!

There was beer and wine at the party!  I wanted a  beer but mom said No.

This is me with Austin at the dessert table!!  Tigers LOVE dessert. Austin is super smart and very handsome but not quite as handsome as me.

There was a LIVE BAND at the party!  It was the Bobby Patterson Band and they were awesome!!!!  I wanted to get out on the dance floor and boogie but mom said NO.
