We  had another wild tiger visit us during the night!  It did a lot of splashing in the bird bath but skillfully did not leave any paw tracks.

Look it got in a tussle with Dino! Dino was down for the count and he is a T. Rex!   It must have been a very fierce tiger!

Wow it also made a whole bunch of strange holes in the lawn. Hmmm.  Mom says that squirrels dig holes like this and that is was probably a raccoon in the bird bath again. She does not believe.

Now I am keeping a sharp eye out for the wild tiger from a safe vantage point.  Jimi is helping me watch.

Oh and here is a picture of me with Callie. She is our most senior kitty she is about 18 years old that is about 100 in cat years. Callie has cancer in her leg and limps. We do not know how much longer she will be with us. She is the most beautiful and sweetest calico in the whole world. You cannot see it in this picture but she has a medallion on her chest to prove it.

This morning when it was barely light out we saw that a wild animal had been in the bird bath again. Here are the paw prints it made. It was a tiger!!

When Mom first looked out the window she thought there was a snake coiled up next to the bird bath!  WOW!  That would have been so cool but when we got outside we saw it was only her slipper ha ha ha ha! The slipper is black with green spots on it so it does kind of look like a garter snake. Here is the cool thing; the slippers were left outside the patio door so something moved them; the other slipper was out in the yard.  It must have been a tiger playing with mom’s slippers!

We have been sad lately. Our beloved Kitty Cat died last week. She was a foster kitty that lived with us for a long time.  Her name really was Kitty Cat.  She had lots of health issues for example she wore t-shirts because she had allergies that made her itchy and the shirts made her feel better. She was so beautiful.

Kitty Cat had a bad seizure and stopped breathing.  Mom was with her when it happened so that was good because I did not know what to do. It was really sad but it must have been time for her to cross the Rainbow Bridge. We have about 5000 pictures of Kitty Cat but hardly any with me in it too.

So I decided we need to get pictures of me with all the cats. Starting now. Here is me with another foster kitty who is a beautiful Siamese mix.

Auntie Darcy is having some huckleberry pie for breakfast. I wanted some too but mom said NO not for breakfast. I think Auntie Darcy is much more fun than mom.

Oh no we are saying goodbye to Aunt Darcy at the airport. I wish she had room in her suitcase for me. I will miss you!!!

Oh boy oh boy Aunt Darcy took us to the zoo!  Look at the penguins!!!

You can barely (ha ha get it?) see the bear in the back of the photo. He is the brown spot a little above and between my ears.  This is such a great zoo they have big enclosures for the animals and lot of places for them to hide so it can be tricky to get a good photo with me in it.

OMG it is a Komodo Dragon!!!  It is a giant lizard, the biggest lizard on the whole planet.

I love waterfowl. Not quite sure what these are but they float on the water and have feathers.

On the way to see the cheetahs! Mom could not get a good photo of the cheetahs, they were laying down in the grass. They were playing Savannah Grassland Cheetah.

They are working on making a super duper tiger exhibit. So there were not any tigers to see.  Aunt Darcy said good thing we brought our own tiger  That’s ME!

Aunt Darcy likes to visit the Pike Place Farmers Market when she is in town. We had so much fun!

This is a really great group of musicians that were playing at the market. I got to jam with them.

Mom bought a cool t-shirt from Daniel. He has some terrific designs and is also very handsome!

We went to see the fish market where they are so funny! Here I am with a handsome fish seller. Not as handsome as me of course. But close.

LOOK at me!  OMG They threw me like a fish HA HA HA HA! It was so awesome!!!

Today we went hiking at Mt. Rainier! Here we are entering the park, I am posing with the handsome park ranger at the entrance.

Here we are on the trail with Aunt Darcy riding in a new super duper satchel that Auntie Darcy brought for us. It was a gift to her from a scientist from Papua New Guinea it is really special and is perfect for us because both me and Dixie fit in it! Plus there is room for an extra shirt. And a snack.

There was still a little snow so me and Dixie had a snowball fight!

We saw lots of beautiful wildflowers and birds and chipmunks but no bears. Or wild tigers.

No Pets allowed on the trails!  good thing we left Tabitha at home.

OMG look at the new friend I made out on the trail!!! This is so incredible!!  This handsome backpacker was carrying his giraffe on his shoulder!

It was a beautiful sunny day look at the mountain behind me! Aunt Darcy says this rock I am standing near is stratified glacier something-or-other (geologist talk). We had a super duper great day. I love Aunt Darcy even though she talks geologist sometimes.

We had an animal visit in the back yard sometime while we were all sleeping. It must have been a tiger!  Mom says it was probably a raccoon; it took some of our dahlia flowers to eat and left them in the bird bath.  Dixie says it was probably a wild golden retriever.

Then we went to the Bellevue Arts Fair. I was very good and did not break anything.

Here I am with Mom’s friend Yvette who is a famous artist and even has her own gallery! Yvette is gorgeous and super nice and has the most beautifuuulll accent.

Then on the way home we sat in traffic. People must have been driving slow so they could appreciate the pretty day.

After dinner at home we got in the car again. I did not know where we were going….we ended up in the cell phone waiting lot at the airport!  It is so cool.  You wait in the parking lot and can do stuff like climb the hill to look at the planes, and then someone calls you on your cell phone when they are ready to be picked up.

OMG it is Aunt DARCY!!!!!  She is here to visit us again YAYYYYY!!!  Here she is getting in the car!!!

We had so much fun when we got home!  Auntie Darcy met Dixie and we wore our bandanas all different ways!

Aunt Darcy brought us a present!!!  It is a special chocolate bar with yummy huckleberries in in.  Tigers love huckleberries!

Time for the Final Exam for the Six Sigma Black Belt.  Good luck everyone!

This is a lot of stuff.  It was sure lucky that Mom brought me with her so I could help.

We passed the test YAY!  Mom says she is still not an official black belt. She has to finish a black belt project that has to do with hexavalent chromium. That does not sound very interesting.  She should do a project about tigers instead. I am feeling fierce!

We got to visit Uncle Pete’s house and spend time with his cats. Here I am trying to get Joey to play with me.  I think Joey is kind of a couch potato.

Julie is a super playful kitty; we had a good time with the ring toy. I think she won. Sometimes it is a little hard to tell. Then we trimmed all the cat nails. But not mine…don’t even think about it.

Look at all the hiking and backpacking gear Uncle Pete has! He has plenty of room for me. Since mom still cannot hike very far. I would love to go camping!!! Hint hint.

After that we went out to lunch. I sure love restaurants. Mom should take me out to eat more often.

Then we went home and did nail trims for some of our cats. Here we are hanging out with Callie.

Jimi the foster cat is still with us.

We had a cat toy recovery project this weekend!  We found about a dozen toys under the couch. Mom was wondering where they all went.  In the photo below Jimi is biting my whiskers ha ha that tickles!

Mom had to study this weekend.  I guess me and Dixie were making too much noise mom said come here and I will read you a story.  I love storytime!!!   Mom said this is a story about a company using electrical current to heat a filament to a specified temperature at different processing units and the filament has varying degrees of resistance; let’s calculate the standard deviation and the root mean square error and see if there is a correlation between the X and Y variables…..next thing I knew I woke up from a nice nap and it was dinnertime.

Hello.  First I would like to say that Mom figured out how both me and Dixie can ride in the satchel together. It is good that we are such good friends. Otherwise I might not want Dixie’s paw stuck in my ear!

This afternoon we went to look at the construction site. We have not been there in a while because they keep tearing up the road.

After that we walked to the playground! We played on the swings for a while. Mom says it is hard to take a picture while we are all on the swing together.

Then we went on the slides. This playground has lots of different slides.

We talked Mom into going on the slides with us! Ha ha ha! It was so fun!

Here we are nearing the bottom of a spiral slide! Wheee! This is great!     Mom has the ugliest shoes. We have already told her but she says they are comfortable.

Dixie did not know how to use it she is just a puppy. So I showed her how to hold the bat.

Now we just need a ball!  Oh wow next time we should bring my favorite red ball!  Oh I hope the bat is still here tomorrow!!!
