Vaccine!

Mom got her first covid vaccine shot but she FORGOT to take me with her! She got the shot at Multicare and they were super organized and super nice and it was very impressive. Boy was her arm sore the next day. Ha ha!
We went for a walk at Medical Lake. It is named that because the Native Americans used the lake for medicinal reasons. Notice I am wearing my Gonzaga bandana! Go Zags!
Here is a photo of sweet Jasper from better days. Jasper crossed the rainbow bridge last week and mom was very sad. Jasper was mom’s personal assistant and was always wanting to help in the kitchen or when she did computer work, We miss him a lot.

Phoebe Photo!

Here is a picture of Phoebe our new 20-year-old cat! Isn’t she pretty!

Someone brought us this amazing Little Red Wagon full of dinosaur eggs! They left a note that they love our dinos! We are going to have a lot of fun with this wagon!!!

We got a tax refund! Mom’s rule is that if we get unexpected money we have to give at least half of it to charity and mom said I could help decide where to donate it! Mom picked the local food bank which is a great idea. I wanted to pick a organization that helps Tigers so we spent a lot of time on the internet reviewing Tiger charities and we picked the Wildcat Ridge Sanctuary in Oregon. It is a beautiful location and the enclosures are awesome and full of grasses and plants and the Tigers and other wild cats look so happy!

Ping Pong!!!!

OMG the best thing happened! We had a ping pong party at David’s house!! From left to right it is Emily, Warren, Jaime (sitting down) Mack, and David. It was soooo fun! Emily is super gorgeous and the men are all so handsome. Lacey who is super beautiful was inside the house with the kids.
Another awesome thing happened this weekend!! We had an appointment to go inside the library to pick out books. The librarians have done an amazing job getting us books to read but we were so happy to be able to browse for ourselves. They only let a few people in at a time so it looks very empty.
I got a movie AND a book about PENGUINS!! These are called Macaroni Penguins! Ha ha ha!
OMG!!! We adopted a new cat today!!! Her name is Phoebe and she is 20 years old! Doesn’t she look great? She part Siamese and part Tabby Cat. Gosh it was a great weekend!

Downtown Walk!

It snows, we shovel; it snows, we shovel. Winter in Spokane!
The dinosaurs have a snowplow truck they cruise around in and one day it tipped over! Big T-Rex is getting it right side up again with some help from the bigger dinos.
This weekend while the car got its oil changed and a new battery we walked around Downtown. It was a super sunny day! It felt so good to sit in the sun and see the blue sky!
Here are some interesting buildings we saw.
In one building we passed someone filled the windows with hearts!

More Winter Weather!

It snowed a LOT! Here we are walking from the parking lot to the office last week during a Blizzard! Everyone has been shoveling snow and griping about the weather.

At home wild animals have been visiting! Here are some animal tracks in our back yard!

Some smaller animal walked all the way along the edges of a retaining wall! Mom says maybe it was a racoon or even a neighbors cat but I’m pretty sure it was a Tiger Cub!

Mom had to go to the dentists office to get her teeth impressed. Here is Amanda who is so nice and so beautiful! She did the teeth impressions and did a great job!

This weekend in the grocery store parking lot we ran into Cody!! We have not seen him in about a year! It was awesome to share news and chat. Cody is super nice and super handsome but not quite as handsome as me.

Biscuit got Adopted!!!!

OMG the best thing happened! On Saturday a lady named Kris came to meet Biscuit and she loves him! and today she adopted him! Kris is super gorgeous on top of being super nice. Here we are at the SCRAPS shelter with little Biscuit. He needed just the right person because he is so shy and timid and he will have a happy life with Kris.

Here is a picture of Biscuit at our house on his last day with us. We miss him a lot but he will have a wonderful home with Kris. And now we can foster more cats!

It snowed today but did not stick to the trees much so it left this pretty pattern.

It is very cold. Here is a photo of me in the car showing 14 degrees!

Finally a New Post!

Mom has been too lazy to help me write this blog the last month or so but I got some recent photos organized. About a month ago there was a BIG snowstorm! This was our front yard.

There was so much snow I could barely help shovel!

Then there was a windstorm and the outage map looks like all of Spokane lost power.

We got a late Christmas present from Nicolyn ! ! The mail from Canada must be super slow. I bet they have lots of snowstorms there!

Our garage door was having some problems and here I am with Will our super awesome garage door repairman! He got the door all fixed up and boy are we happy! Thanks Will!

Merry Merry!

We had a great holiday! Our awesome neighbor Heather brought over cookies that she and her family baked. Tigers LOVE cookies. The ginger ones were outstanding!

We got gifts from Auntie Darcy!!!! Most of them were for me and the cats.

Mom got a few things like these socks that Auntie Darcy carefully removed the price sticker from the back but left the price on the front ha ha! $3.00 is a lot of money!

We took a walk through the neighborhood and saw this super amazing deer! It is ENORMOUS! You can barely see me by his front paw. I mean hoof.

We had a Zoom Christmas Day get-together! Thank goodness Auntie Darcy reminded mom to get a picture otherwise she would have FORGOT! I circled myself so you can see me.

Then it snowed!!!! On Christmas Day!!!

The next morning we spent a lot of time shoveling snow. It was about 4 inches deep.

Today the plows came through! I love to watch the plows! It was a great holiday!

Holiday Decorations!

We have been walking around the neighborhood looking at all the lights and decorations!

Here are some photos of one of the shy kitties we are fostering. This one is so fluffy he looks like a cartoon cat! It is so fluffy we don’t know if it is a boy or a girl!

He is really good at giving mom the stink eye. He does not have good social skills with people yet.

OMG there was a deer with antlers walking through our yard!! Mom did not get the camera in time to show him in the yard but he left tracks! He also left a present in the yard.

It Snowed!

Oh Boy I love it when it snows! Here is a photo of a tree in front of our house that has twinkly lights but only on the bottom branches because I can’t reach very high.

It is starting to feel like Christmas! Joni and Gary gave us this gorgeous poinsettia! We took it to work so lots of people can enjoy it. Also so the cats don’t chew on it.

Our friend Lacey is an actress and she starred in the Spokane Civic Theater’s radio adaption of A Christmas Carol! It was great!

We have some new foster kittens! They are not socialized so our job is to teach them that people are okay and can be their friends. One is braver so we have a photo of him. They are both getting friendlier but we don’t have a good photo of the other one yet.
