Today is officially Thanksgiving!

But we are going to a Thanksgiving party tomorrow. So today we did volunteer work at the animal shelter so other people could go to their parties that are happening today. All these kitties are available for adoption! Except for me I have a forever home already.

At the shelter they still have Kitty Cat’s picture posted on a door. Everyone loved Kitty Cat. She lived with us for a long time and I miss her.

Then when we were done at the animal shelter we came home and then went for a walk. Mom tried walking in her hiking boots. It went pretty good.

Back home I am hanging out with Tabitha and Kosha while mom baked goodies for the party tomorrow.

Today Mom got the stitches in her leg removed. Here I am with Carla the super nice and gorgeous nurse who took out the stitches. She did such a good job Mom hardly felt a thing!  Carla is wiping my nose for me ha ha! That was fun!

It is raining a lot today.

But there is snow coming down in the mountains!!  Yayyyyy!

Ok first I should warn everyone that if you are the sqeemish type you might want to skip this blog entry.

Kosha got his feeding tube removed!  He has been doing so good at our house. Here is a picture of Kosha with his feeding tube and wearing a special kitty collar to keep the tube protected.

Now here he is after the tube was removed. It is healing up really good and Kosha also is showing in this picture how good he can eat!  It will take a little while for all the fur around his neck to grow out and look as good as mine.

Ok now here is a picture of mom’s stitches. Blech!  It looks like a catipillar and is all puffy between the stitches on purpose the doctor said the scar will be less this way.

Today we went to Moxies Powderhouse.  Here I am with Geisha the fierce watchdog. She gave me a kiss and I needed to be dried off after that.

This is the board Mom is going to be using this season. We think. We are going to try it. It has a dog on it not a tiger. Hmmm. Moxie just finished waxing it. Moxie is so handsome! Not as handsome as me though.

Oh wow this weekend we went to a party the title of the party was Wiggin Out. Everybody had to wear a wig! Here I am with Scott he is so debonair even in his funny wig ha ha ha what a funny wig!

This is Robert he was the host of the party it was at his house. Also his wife Lisa was there. The picture of me and Lisa did not turn out good darn!!!. She is super nice and gorgeous. Robert used to be Mom’s boss. He is so handsome and also what a fun boss to have!

This is Tim, I think. I met so many people I cannot remember everybody’s name! Tim is sooo handsome! I think he is wearing a wig.

I did not have a wig (mom did not get me one in time…) but there were a whole bunch of wigs at the party you could borrow! Also funny glasses and stuff. Ha ha ha do you recognize me?!?

OMG there was so many yummy things to eat and drink. I ate a brownie while mom was not looking. And everyone was offering me jello shots. Yum!

The highlight of my evening was meeting Marilyn Monroe!!!

We took a couple of days off from work and have been resting a lot and reading books and watching movies. So mom’s leg could heal better.  This is my favorite pillow. I let mom use it to keep her leg elevatored.

When it was time to take the bandage off her leg I told mom she should put on the totally awesome shirt we bought the other day. We need to be brave and fierce!  And eww yuck it did look icky under the bandage. I did not take any pictures. There are a lot of stiches I cannot count that high I am a small tiger. But we measured how long they are and it is 3 inches of stitches!

On Sunday we had breaksfast with Mom’s friend Michele.  Michele is so nice and so smart and so beautiful. Also she makes excellent breakfast choices. BACON!  Tigers love BACON!

Just in case I did not mention it before I LOVE restaurants!  We need to go to more restaurants.

Then on Tuesday it was Veterans Day and at work Brandi and Kirsten brought goodies for all the veterans who work in our area!  Brandi and Kirsten are soooo beautiful! Also in the photo is Ed who was in the Navy and is picking out his treat. Ed is very  handsome but not as handsome as me of course. It is good to remember and honor our military veterans. Thanks Kirsten and Brandi! You rock!

Mom was in the Coast Guard and so she got a treat too.  Tigers love chocolate crusonts…cruwsants!

Then in the afternoon Mom had to see a new doctor who chopped off more of her leg to get rid off all the cancer. We did not get a picture of that.  Drat!   Later on when the bandages come off I will try to get a good picture. It is not as bad as it sounds she still has her leg but it has lots of stitches in it.

The weather is changing. We are going on lots of walks and looking at the beautiful leaves change color.

Mom is walking instead of jogging again. Yay!  I love to go for walks!   First mom had trouble with her knees and then her foot stared bothering again. She is sure a wreck. And then the doctor took a chunk out of her leg and she is supposed to take it easy. It is very gruesome looking and was perfect for Halloween! Mom had a cancer on her leg not the really bad kind.

Today was very exciting. Mom’s friend Melissa came over to visit me!!  Melissa  is Dove’s Mom remember Dove the sweet and beautiful cat who stayed with us for a week? Melissa is sooooo gorgeous and super nice.  Also she came to see Kosha too. Kosha is the foster cat we have with the feeding tube. But he is eating on his own now! He has to eat on his own for a while before the vets will take the tube out.

Then later me and Dixie helped Mom rake leaves. Mom said you are such a big help you can help by sitting on the deck and lets play a game called “Who Can Be Quiet The Longest?”  ha ha ha that was so funny! Me and Dixie kept cracking up. Mom won the game.

Oh boy Oh boy we are getting ready for Halloween!  We put some scary stuff in the tree out front.

These Cheetos glow in the dark but when it is dark enough to see them glowing it is too dark for the camera. Darn!  There is a cheetah on the package!!!

Mom got dressed up she was a Spider Lady and had spiders in her hair (it was a wig) and all over and she handed out spiders at work ha ha it was hilarious!!

Me and Dixie are in charge of the candy bowl. So Mom does not eat it all herself.

Trick-or-Treaters are coming to the door!

We had the best time handing out treats! The kids had some fantastic costumes and they really liked the Cheetos we gave out more Cheetos than candy I think. Because it has a cheetah on the package and it glows in the dark!

Today we went for a walk. It is getting colder and it is raining a lot but we needed to get out and get some exercise!  We passed the most awesome house! Ha ha ha look they must have 100 rubber ducks in their yard!!! 1000 rubber ducks! 1000000 rubber ducks!

They had lots and lots of other cool stuff!

Then when we got home mom had a special surprise for me OMG it is the best ever Halloween costume!!!!

Here is the back side I am a bumble bee!!!!! Bzz Bzz Bzz!  There are wings and everything!   This way I will not scare trick-or-treaters when they come to the door. I love my costume!!!   I am going to wear it all the time!
